Geithner: Tougher Rules Needed
The U.S. financial system needs tougher regulations and stronger supervision to protect against future crises, New York Fed President Geithner said. The New York Fed is meeting Monday with firms that represent most of the trading in credit derivates to discuss oversight and market infrastructure.
